EVAN RAPPAPORT
Evan Rappaport is a Professional Civil Engineer (P.Eng) and a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with many years of experience in construction management. This specific combination of skills and qualifications allows for a more specialized inspection focused on the critical elements of your potential new home.
Evan is registered with the Order of Engineers of Quebec and certified by InterNACHI® the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the leading authority for building inspections.
APPROACH AND PROCESS
A professional building inspection is conducted based on industry standards of practice. The building inspection is a visual process, with attention to the structure, foundation, roof, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Throughout the inspection, you are encouraged to actively participate in the process to gain a clear understanding of the condition of your prospective new property. Following the inspection, you will be provided with a detailed report. The report will consist of photos and written descriptions of general maintenance and imperative repairs.
